Mrs M's 5K a day letter
Since May I have been run/walking a lot more hills over further distances, this is part of my training for my 50k event in October. Doing these distances means I am out for a lot longer which is not only great for the mind but a good time to take in my surroundings and have time to reflect. Having new challenges does take me out of my comfort zone; however, when I have completed a run, I do feel really pleased with what I have achieved.
