Christingle and Mission Morogoro

Thank you to everyone who was able to join us for our Christingle service this morning. All the children will bring home a Christingle of their own this evening. They will also bring home a collection box for the Children's Society. This is a worthwhile charity that works to support vulnerable children and young people and we would be grateful for any spare change that you can spare. Please could boxes be returned after the half term break (w/b Monday 24th February). Further information about the charity can be found on their website:

https://www.childrenssociety.org.uk/

This Sunday there is a special 'Cafe with Church' event at St James Church at 09:30am in support of Mission Morogoro. This is a small charity which is dedicated to promoting the health and economic well being of those living in poverty within the rural villages of Tunguli and Msamvu in Tanzania. Everyone is welcome to attend.

We supported the charity during Lent last year and anyone wishing to make a donation this Lent is welcome to do so at the school office.

Thank you to everyone who supports us with fund raising activities in school. We work with the school council and try to encourage the children to be courageous advocates in working to help and support others, both locally and globally.
