Pupil Premium

:

The Pupil Premium was introduced in April 2011 as additional funding to help address inequalities between children from low-income families and their peers. It is allocated to pupils who are eligible for free school meals (FSM), as well as those who have been looked after continuously for more than six months, in both mainstream and non-mainstream settings.

This funding is intended to ensure that support reaches the pupils who need it most, helping to reduce disadvantage and improve educational outcomes.

As a school, we choose not to publish our Pupil Premium Strategy on our website because fewer than 10 pupils currently access this funding, and we do not wish to make them identifiable. However, if you would like a copy of our Pupil Premium Strategy, please visit the school office to request a hard copy or email office@callowend.dowmat.education, and we will be happy to share it with you.
