The Early Birds club is run in the school hall from 07.45 to 08.45am. It is open to all pupils of Callow End Primary School and can be used as and when required. The cost of the club is £3 per child per session and payment should be made in advance via School Money.

If your child comes to school before 8.45am they must attend the Early Bird Club and must pay the £3 (this will increase to £4 a session from W/C 2^nd June 2025) Please be aware that the earliest that pupils can be dropped off is 07:45am.

Activity Club is our after-school club. It has 2 sessions, one from 15.20-16.30 and one from 16.30-17.00 (the 16.30-17.00 is not available on Fridays) each school day and costs £5 per early session and £2.50 for the later session.

Booking and payment should be completed before midnight on the day before the required session. Both booking and payment can be completed using School Money. Please contact the school office if you have any problems accessing this system. 

Pupils who are not collected promptly at the end of the school day will join Activity Club and the £5 charge will be made. This is to ensure that staff are not kept waiting in the playground at the end of the day. Pupils must be collected promptly from the hall at the end of each session.
